Abbey Party Rents has been successfully constructing canopies, tents and staging for years, and today’s options are more exciting and versatile than ever.

Our tent inventory is vast and includes customized tent sizing and custom graphics.

Because of the wide variety of factors to consider, we request that we meet with you at your venue to provide a free estimate for the proper size and type of tent to best suit your needs. Please consider the following questions in advance of our site visit:

• How many guests are you expecting?
• What activities will take place at your event?
• Will you want walls for privacy or wind?
• Will you require heating and/or lighting?
• Will the tent be placed on concrete, asphalt, or grass?
• Is the ground level?
• Will a permit be required?

Abbey can also obtain any necessary fire permits and arrange for our staff to stay for fire watch, both for an additional fee.
